Electronic Delivery of Communications 

You agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) that we provide in connection with your goodbuy accounts (“Account”) and your use of our services.
Communications include:

  1. agreements and policies you agree to (e.g., our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy),
    including updates to these agreements or policies;
  2. transaction receipts or confirmations;;
  3. statements and history (if any);
  4. federal and state tax statements we are required to make available to you (if any);
  5. and any other account or transaction information.

We will provide these Communications to you by posting them on the goodbuy website and/or by emailing them to you at the primary email address listed in your goodbuy profile.

Hardware and Software Requirements

Paper Delivery of Communications

You have the right to receive Communications in paper form. To request a paper copy of any Communication at no charge, please write to goodbuy, Inc., 110 Main Street, Boise, ID 83702 USA, Attn: Customer Support - Legal within 180 days of the date of the Disclosure, specifying in detail the Communication you would like to receive. For the avoidance of doubt, requesting a paper copy of any Communication, in and of itself, will not be treated as withdrawal of consent to receive electronic Communications.

Withdrawal of Consent to Electronic Communications

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time, by writing to the goodbuy, Inc., 110 Main Street, Boise, ID 83702 USA, Attn: Customer Support - Legal. Withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications may result in termination of your access to Services. Any withdrawal of your consent will be effective after a reasonable period of time for processing your request, and goodbuy will confirm your withdrawal of consent and its effective date in writing (either electronically or in paper form).


Updating Your Email Address

You can change your email address yourself through your goodbuy profile or by writing to goodbuy, Inc., 110 Main Street, Boise, ID 83702 USA, Attn: Customer Support - Legal.

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date so that goodbuy can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if goodbuy sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, goodbuy will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you.

Please note that if you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add goodbuy to your email address book so that you will be able to receive the Communications we send to you.
You can update your primary email address or street address at any time by logging into the goodbuy website, going to “Settings”, then “Account Settings”, and then selecting the “Account Info” tab. If your email address becomes invalid such that electronic Communications sent to you by goodbuy are returned, goodbuy may deem your Account to be inactive, and you will not be able to use your goodbuy Account until we receive a valid, working primary email address from you.
